    Open Forum allows citizens an opportunity to address the City Council the first Monday of each month.

    During Open Forum a citizen may speak before the Council; however, the Council, by law, is not permitted to reply.

    Open Forum discussions are limited to 3 minutes. Formal appointment requests to be placed on the Council agenda must be sent to the City Secretary, in writing, no later than the Monday prior to the meeting.

    Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, but there is no 3rd Monday meeting in the month of December.

    You may pay fees in person at the Municipal Court Office (205 W. Rusk) M-F, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

    In person payments methods include cash, money order, cashier’s check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
