	PUBLIC NOTICE- CITY OF ROCKWALL, TEXAS PUBLIC AUCTION The City of Rockwall is holding a surplus property auction beginning at 12:00 pm on May 1, 2013 and closing at 4:55 pm Tuesday, May 7, 2013. The public auction will be conducted by the City. 1996 Simon-Duplex LTI 85’ Ladder Tower Quint with 2000 GPM pump and 500 gallon water tank. The truck has 16,297 miles and 936 engine hours. The ladder has 590 hours of operation. The truck has a 10KW Diesel Generator. Pump and ladder test were completed in 2012. Reserve Price $80,000. Sealed bids should be delivered to Lea Ann Ewing, Purchasing Agent at City Hall, Council Chambers, 385 South Goliad, Rockwall, Texas 75087. All property will be sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. The City will determine forms of payment accepted.
