The Rockwall Fire Department Goal is to provide the citizens of Rockwall with: Professional service, expedient response time, reliable/professionally trained and dedicated personnel, while maintaining and managing the lowest possible fire loss, striving to keep the lowest insurance rating possible, and provide service equal to a fully paid fire department.


The Rockwall Fire Department Vision is to protect the Citizens’ lives and property through extensive fire prevention and safety efforts, in addition to responding expediently and delivering professional and reliable fire / rescue service to the citizens when emergencies do occur.
