Risk Watch Safe Community Program Risk Watch Safe Community program was created with the goal of reaching more kids with the Risk Watch program’s life-saving messages. By making Risk Watch a community initiative, it opens the door to work with many different organizations and reach children through ways other than the classroom. The program also encourages individuals and community groups to participate in keeping kids safe.

Classes are currently held at 920 Rockwall Parkway, Fire Station #2. If you live or work in the City of Rockwall and are at least 18 years old you are eligible. Follow the links below for more information about CERT. Background Information and Checks are required. Please fill out the registration information at the FD website or call Fire Administration at 972-771-7770.
