Message from the Fire Chief

Mission and Vision

The Mission of the Rockwall Fire Department is to serve, protect and educate the citizens of our community in an effort to minimize the loss of life and property resulting from fire or other disasters.

The Vision of the Rockwall Fire Department is to provide a highly professional fire department through the utilization of volunteer members supplemented by a limited paid and administrative staff.

CERT - Community Emergency Response Teams
After a disaster, residents may need to be self-sufficient for up to 72 hours without additional resources.  Neighborhood-based Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) provide the training and equipment to help you bridge that gap.
