    Utility payments can be made in person, drop box, drive up tube and mail. The Utility Billing Department is located on the first floor of City Hall at 385 S. Goliad Street, the drop box and drive up tube are at the north end of the City Hall parking lot. In addition to paying in person, we now offer you the ability to pay your City bill on-line. Visit the City’s website at www.rockwall.com and click on City and Online Services. Call
    (972) 771-7736 with questions, payment cannot be taken over the phone.

    The Rockwall Fire Department conducts its Citizens Fire Academy twice a year, usually in the Spring and Fall. Applications for Citizens Fire Academy, can be found on the Fire Department’s web page or you may contact the Fire Department directly at (972) 771-7770.
