HIGH GRASS

Section 16-43

Grass must be maintained at a height no greater than 10 inches above grade.

 


JUNKED VEHICLES
Code of Ordinances
Section 26-129

Junked vehicles cannot be stored anywhere on a property other than being stored in an enclosed structure.


OUTSIDE STORAGE

Code of Ordinances
Section 10-491(k)

Trash, rubbish, unused construction materials, plumbing fixtures, auto parts, discarded furniture, household appliances and unsightly/unsanitary matter cannot be stored outside on your property.

 

OVERHANGING LIMBS

Code of Ordinances
Section 36-1(f)

Overhanging limbs must be kept trimmed to a minimum height of 12 feet over street and alleys and 8 feet above public side walks. In addition, they cannot obstruct street lights or signs.


RV STORAGE

Unified Development Code
Article X, Section 4

On lots smaller than 1.5 acres, recreational
vehicles must be screened from public view with either a six foot fence or solid landsaping. However, an RV may be stored anywhere on your property for up to 48 hours for loading and unloading before or after a trip.

 

TRASH

You are not allowed to accumulate trash and rubbish on your property.
