Admission is free for 0-24 months, $ .50 for 2-17 years, $1.00 for 18 & up and $2.00 for a family. A family consists of six individuals who reside in the same household.

Classes are offered Monday through Friday for one week beginning at 8:00am. Lessons begin on the following dates June 16 and July 14. Because these classes are offered at no charge and there is limited space available, you must pre-register. Aquatic Special Events

Pool Rentals
The pool at Harry Myers Park is available for group and individual party rentals. City of Rockwall lifeguards are required at all rentals and incorporated in the rental fee. There is a two hour minimum. Applications for reservations will be accepted at the Parks & Recreation Offices. Fees: 50 or less people $50/hr; 51-100 people $60/hr. Rentals can be held Friday & Saturday evenings adter 7:00 pm and Sunday afternoons after 1:00 pm.

Rockwall Rapids
An exciting and fun swim team that offers a great way to get in shape and meet new people. All participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle unassisted. Practice is held Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 9:00am. Circuit swim meets, which are affiliated with Texas Amateur Athletic Federation, will be held in June and early July. Attendance at all meets is encouraged but not required. The fee to participate in the swim team is $80 for the season and does not include the uniform or travel expenses.

Learn to Swim Program
A top notch American Red Cross Learn to Swim program is offered at Myers Pool for $35 per student. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday beginning at 10:00am. Lessons run in two week sessions beginning on the following dates June 9, June 23, July 7 and July 21. A certified staff offers Pool Pals and Advanced Pool Pals for youth ages 3 & 4 and Red Cross Learn To Swim Levels 1-5 for those youth ages 5 & up. American Red Cross Lifeguarding Today, Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor classes are also offered at Harry Myers Park Pool each May. Please contact the department for specific dates of these programs.
