HARRY MYERS COMMUNITY CENTER
The Harry Myers Community Center is located at 815 E. Washington Street. The building is located within beautiful Harry Myers Park and is the perfect location for meetings, birthday parties and receptions. You may reserve the Community Center a maximum of 6 months in advance. All reservations must be made in person at The Center located at 108 E. Washington, but you may check date availability over the phone by calling (972) 771-7740.
The rental fee includes18, 6ft tables and 100 chairs. The building is equipped with restrooms and a full kitchen including a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. All parties must do their own set up and clean up. Alcohol is not allowed at the Community Center. The building key is due back the next business day after the rental.
Fees:
$60 / 1st rental period, $30 / each additional rental period
($25 refundable key deposit due at the time the key is picked up)
*$40 Discounted Resident Fee / 1st rental period, $20 / each additional rental period
($25 refundable key deposit due at the time the key is picked up)
Rental Periods any day of the week:
6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
*A resident is someone whose principal address is within City limits.
