CHILD SAFETY SEAT CHECKS Each Thursday between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm and by Appointment Only. The Safety Seat check station will be at the Rockwall Police Department's Community Services office located at 1113 Ridge Road (Brookshire's Shopping Center).
