What are the hours for The Harbor?
The Harbor is open from 6am to 1am.
What are the rules for boat parking?
Boat slips are designed for day use only.  There is no overnight boat parking allowed.
Is fishing allowed at The Harbor?
There is no fishing from the shoreline.  Fishing from a boat is permitted.
What are the rules on playing in the fountains?
The fountains are designed to be decorative features and swimming is NOT allowed in the fountain bowls.
How often does the spray plaza come on?
The Spray plaza is designed as a decorative feature.  The water will spray two times per hour on an intermittent schedule.
Can you have alcohol at The Harbor?
Yes, you can have alcohol in the public area of The Harbor but not outdoors on the private side of The Harbor.

Are there restrooms?
There are restrooms located in the public area directly behind the Hilton Bella Harbor hotel.  Restrooms open at 6:00am and are locked at 10:00pm.
Where can I park when I come to a public event?
Public event parking lots are at the corner of Shoreline Drive and Summer Lee Drive.  You can also park along Summer Lee Drive on both sides of the road.
How do I sponsor a Concert By The Lake?
Please contact the Rockwall Parks & Recreation Department at (972) 771-7740.
How can I perform at a Concert By The Lake?
Please mail a press packet to Rockwall Parks & Recreation, 385 S. Goliad, Rockwall, Texas 75087.
Can we drive golf carts or motor vehicles on The Harbor property?
No motor vehicles are allowed at The Harbor.
Are pets permitted at the events held at The Harbor?
Yes, pets are permitted at The Harbor and all public events held at The Harbor.  Pets must be kept on a leash.  Please clean up after your pets!
Is it a working lighthouse?
Yes, the lighthouse is a working lighthouse.  The light comes on at dusk and shines until dawn.
Are their fees associated with photography shoots at The Harbor?
No permit is required.  Please let us know that you will be at The Harbor taking photos.  Be aware that it is open to the public and you will not have exclusive use of any portion of the property unless you choose to rent it.
