Road closure at The Harbor
May 19
To provide additional space for display during the Sunday, May 19th Lone Star Casa car show at The Harbor, it will be necessary to close the 2851 block of Shoreline Drive from west of the parking lot to Summer Lee Drive from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Southeast traffic on Shoreline Trail will be diverted along the lower lot to Lakefront Trail where traffic can flow either direction. Access to Shoreline Trail at Summer Lee will be closed except to show cars. Northwest traffic on Summer Lee will be diverted to Lakefront Trail.

Construction Notice

On Friday, January 18th, the City’s contractor is scheduled to switch traffic to the new pavement on the east side of Corporate Crossing, from Springer Rd to the I-30 Service Road. The contractor will begin construction on the west side of Corporate Crossing after the traffic switch. The project remains on schedule to be complete in August 2013.

Street Repairs
South Alamo Road

The City of Rockwall has contracted with APAC-Texas Inc. to make street repairs to S. Alamo Road from W. Bourn Street to near Summit Ridge Drive. The repairs will be made in two phases. The first phase of the improvements will be to pulverize the existing asphalt and re-stabilize the street base. The second phase will be to place new asphalt on the roadway.
