Margaret Street Street repairs to the section of Kaufman Street located between Clark Street and Dobbs Elementary School. Renfro Street Street repairs to Renfro Street north of Aluminum Plant Road. East Washington Street repairs to a section of E. Washington Street. The section of E.Washington to be repaired is a section of asphalt pavement beginning at Industrial Blvd. Sids Road The section of Sids Road to be repaired is a section of asphalt pavement beginning at S.H. 205 (S. Goliad) H Wallace Lane The section of H. Wallace Lane to be repaired is a section of transitional asphalt pavement near Jeff Boyd Road. Lofland Circle The section of Lofland Circle to be repaired is a section of asphalt pavement beginning at S.H. 205 (S. Goliad) proceeding to the west a distance of approximately 2,225ft.		Road closure at The Harbor May 19 To provide additional space for display during the Sunday, May 19th Lone Star Casa car show at The Harbor, it will be necessary to close the 2851 block of Shoreline Drive from west of the parking lot to Summer Lee Drive from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Southeast traffic on Shoreline Trail will be diverted along the lower lot to Lakefront Trail where traffic can flow either direction. Access to Shoreline Trail at Summer Lee will be closed except to show cars. Northwest traffic on Summer Lee will be diverted to Lakefront Trail. Corporate Crossing Construction Notice January 17, 2013 On Friday, January 18th, the City’s contractor is scheduled to switch traffic to the new pavement on the east side of Corporate Crossing, from Springer Rd to the I-30 Service Road. The contractor will begin construction on the west side of Corporate Crossing after the traffic switch. The project remains on schedule to be complete in August 2013. Proposed SH-66 Improvements Within The City Of Rockwall The SH 66 Corridor Study is being developed by Rockwall County and is funded by the 2008 Rockwall County Road Bond Program , The corridor study limits begin at SH 205 in the City of Rockwall and end at FM 1777 in Royse City (approximately 10 miles), The SH 66 Corridor Study is analyzing several alternatives to improve SH 66 from a two-lane rural arterial to an ultimate four to six-lane urban arterial within the project limits, SH 66 is state owned roadway, and the project is being coordinated through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), more... Street Repairs South Alamo Road June 19, 2012 The City of Rockwall has contracted with APAC-Texas Inc. to make street repairs to S. Alamo Road from W. Bourn Street to near Summit Ridge Drive. The repairs will be made in two phases. The first phase of the improvements will be to pulverize the existing asphalt and re-stabilize the street base.
